Last week I met with licensees and retailers from Childwall, Allerton Road, Rose Lane and Penny Lane. The group work together to ensure the area is a safe place for residents to shop and socialise.
They have recently introduced a Banning Order initiative which means that any offender who has been banned from one retail/licensed premises may automatically be banned from all premises. The banning Order has been welcomed by Merseyside Police and Liverpool City Council.
