Today I joined Angela McGlynn and John Massey – parents of John-Paul Massey, as they personally handed in a letter to the Prime Minister, calling for urgent action to deal with dangerous dogs.

John-Paul was killed by an illegal breed of dog in Wavertree in November 2009. He was aged just four.
