Questions the Government can’t answer on mental health

On April 1st 2016 I launched a campaign to expose just how little the Government knows about mental health. You can read more about it in The Mirror.

Every day in April I will share a question on mental health that I have asked, but have been told by ministers that they can’t answer because they don’t collect the information. I will do this on Facebook and Twitter using the #mentalhealthmatters hashtag, and will also upload the questions to this page.

How can ministers claim to be focussing on mental health when they don’t have an accurate picture of what is actually happening on the ground? The Government need to urgently collect more information if they have any hope of effectively tackling the mental health crisis we are facing.
